Ornamental Stone will accept returns of approved products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be brought with the original receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products, subject to manager approval. Bulk aggregates, mulch, and soil are not eligible for refunds.
Pallets must be returned by December 31st of the year they were purchased for the deposit return. Pallets that are returned damaged may not be eligible for a deposit refund unless this was noted upon purchase.
All hardscape products must be returned in their original, saleable condition. Products will be refunded according to how they are sold (ex. per piece/layer/pallet).
Customers are expected to inspect delivered product upon receipt/delivery. Damaged product must be brought to our attention within 3 business days; we will work with you and the manufacturer to find a suitable solution to the broken products.
Ornamental Stone is not responsible for defects in products including, but not limited to colour variance due to dye lots or texture. In the unlikely event that the customer is unable to complete their project due to any of these issues, we will work with the manufacturer towards a suitable resolution.
Please do your research and ensure you order the right product. While we can make special exceptions to pickup already delivered product, shipping and pickup fees may apply depending on the situation.
